Community Standards

1. What this covers

Sports Team Organizer is used by clubs, coaches, staff, players and parents. Everything posted in it — announcements, questionnaire answers, documents and uploads — is written by those people, not by us.

These standards say what is not acceptable, and how to tell someone when you see it.

2. What is not allowed

• Anything that puts a young person at risk, or that an adult would not say to a child in front of their parent.
• Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or singling a person out to humiliate them.
• Discrimination or abuse based on race, religion, sex, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality.
• Sexual content of any kind.
• Sharing someone's personal information — medical details, address, phone number, photographs — with people who have no reason to see it.
• Threats, or content that encourages self-harm or harm to anyone else.
• Advertising, spam, or using a club's team space to sell things.

Clubs may set stricter rules of their own. Nothing here overrides a club's own code of conduct.

3. How to report something

Every announcement and every questionnaire response has a Report link. Tap it, choose what is wrong, and add anything you want to say.

You do not need to be a coach or an administrator. Players and parents can report, and so can anyone else who can see the content.

4. Where a report goes

Two places, at the same time:

• Your club's administrators, in the app.
• The Sports Team Organizer support team, by email.

Those two paths are separate on purpose. A concern about someone at your club should not depend on that club to act on it.

Reports about child safety and harassment are marked urgent and ignore quiet hours and muted notifications.

5. What happens next

A person reads it. Reports are not handled automatically and nothing is deleted because a report was filed.

We may contact the club, ask for more information, remove content, or suspend an account. Where there is a risk to a child we will act without waiting for the club, and we will cooperate with the police or the relevant authority.

Reports cannot be deleted — not by the person who filed them, and not by the club they concern.

6. If someone is in immediate danger

Contact your local emergency services first. Sports Team Organizer is record-keeping software. We are not an emergency service and we cannot respond at the speed a person in danger needs.
